Fit & Gesond

This activity includes exercise as well as healthy eating and wellbeing/rest. We will focus on Hiit training (High Intensity Interval Training). This involves alternating short intense training sessions with recovery periods in quick succession. A clear and fitness enhancing effect will be achieved. Relaxation techniques will also be part of the activity. We will also focus on nutrition and well-being and learn and test new and varied recipes that will complement the sports sessions.
