Our school

The "Lënster Lycée" was founded by the law of 22 July 2008 and inaugurated on 17 November 2014. While the original plan was to teach classical and general education classes, we  now also welcome pupils from vocational training and students that wish to follow the European School curriculum / European classes.

The new logo and the new name "Lënster Lycée International School" which we carry since 30 November 2020, recognises and represents the link between all the actors of our school community and demonstrates the school`s dedication and commitment to modernise and harmonise our teaching environment in a spirit of coherence and cooperation. In line with the evolution of today's society, the LLIS is committed to diversify the school to allow each pupil to find his or her place and thrive in an optimal way.

Proud to have recently obtained the official label of "European Parliament Ambassador School", we are now part of the EPAS programme. In this context a multitude of activities and projects are organised throughout the school year.
